作品の制作
・運搬と展示が可能な現実的サイズとして、
A2サイズ（420×594㎜）程度まで
・制作と額装にかかる費用は、
制作者がご負担ください。
・現地視察は随時、事務局がご案内します。
作品の搬入と返却
・締切日（11月25日）までに事務局宛てに
直接持込またはお送りください。
・お送り頂く場合、送料は本会が負担します。
「着払い」でお送りください。
・返却の直接受取が困難な場合、
運送費（割増保険無）は本会が負担します。
・作品とあわせて、作品の写真データを、
高解像度デジタルデータでご提出ください。
・作品返却は、2019年3月1日以降の予定です。
作品の取り扱い
・作品写真の使用権は主催者に属します。
・作品写真は、ホームページで公開の他、
報告書や関連事業の印刷物等に使用します。
・販売が成立した場合は、
経費20％を差し引いた残額をお支払します。

About submission of works
Organized by:
Marugame City, NPO Mud Walls Research and Development Network.
Co-sponsored:
Locpump Equipment Lectures.
Application deadline:
November 25th (Sunday).
Exhibition period:
- mid December 2018 ~ end of February 2019.
- On December 15th 2018 an opening party and meetup will be held.
- The venue is scheduled to be the former Shigemoto fruit shop (east of JR Marugame station square)
Artwork guidelines:
- A realistic size that can be transported and exhibited, about A2 size (420 × 594 mm)
- The cost of production and framing should be borne by the artist
- It’s possible to inspect the locations, upon request to the organisers.
Artwork delivery and return:
- Please deliver artwork to the organisers by November 25th 2018.
- If you send artwork to us, we will bear the shipping fee, so please send by "COD".
- If it’s difficult for you to collect the artwork after the exhibition, the return shipping fee (no extra insurance) will be borne by us.
- Please contact us for transportation from overseas. It may not be able to bear the full cost.
- When submitting work, please also include a high resolution digital image of the work.
- Return of artwork is scheduled for March 1st 2019 or later.
Handling of artwork:
- Organisers have rights to use photographs of the work.
- We will publish photos of works on our website and use them for printed materials.
- If artwork is sold, we will take 20% commission.
